I am now at my goal weight well a little below I weighed in at 134 this weekend. I'm happy with my weight loss. I have been slacking on running this week. I'm done with 2 classes today so running will be at the top of the list plus I love my new shoes!

I've been super busy and working out has moved down on the priority list. Hopefully this week will be better. Motivation is at an all time low :(
