UNO

Today is Day #1 of my journey.
My main goal is to run a 5k this summer.
My other goals include maintaining a weight between 135-140 lbs.
Working out 4 days a week
and only eating red meat once a week.

I weighed myself on saturday and I weighed 140.2 lbs. This was the middle of the day so not 100% accurate but a good place to start!
